Segments are built with filters on profile attributes and related data, not SQL queries. You can also describe the audience in words and let AI draft the filters, then check them.
- Pick the profile object the segment is built on.
- Add filters on attributes and engagement.
- Review the count, then publish it on a schedule.
Always read the filters an AI draft produces before publishing.
